A newly created role, the Marketing Strategy & Planning manager is responsible for assisting with our clients marketing strategy development and marketing planning and delivery across the organisation.

The position will support the organisation in building world class category strategies and brand plans. The role will work with stakeholders across the organisation to optimise and embed the company's marketing planning process, ensuring the on-time delivery of powerful integrated plans, programs and innovation. The role will ensure that our client is maximising synergies and leveraging best practices across brands and geographies. The position will contribute to design and delivery of effective platforms and systems to drive operational synergies across the portfolio

A clear strategic thinker, who can connect strategy to world class execution

Strong process orientation with proven project management skills

Proven track record of delivering flawless execution and driving business results

Independent thinker with strong leadership & communication skills

Demonstrated stakeholder management and ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

Capable of working across multiple geographies

Innovation and/or internal communications experience an asset
