Senior PPM Consultant - Microsoft Gold Partner - £80,000

Nigel Frank International are proud to be working with a major Microsoft Gold Partner in London as they look to expand their growing PPM function of the business.

As a Programme & Project Management Consultant, you will be expected to take a lead role in developing sales opportunities, supporting bid development and realisation, thought leadership and solution development through to Project and Change Management oversight and coordination of technical and business implementation of solutions to our clients.

Assignments will be made to primarily client facing roles, across a wide variety of industry sectors (including financial services, life sciences and communications, utilities, government and retail clients).

The role will involve liaising with and supporting account managers in the client engagement and the development of new business and will also involve on site account management, and day to day project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Requirements Analysis - what requirements are there, expanding out problem statements, and how might they be addressed

* Project Management - direct the execution and delivery of client projects

* Risk Management - identification / anticipation of risk, estimation, management

* Stakeholder Management - supporting the client to ensure the right level of stakeholder engagement occurs to make the solution successful

* PPM Process engineering - where appropriate, designing and documenting how the client PPM processes are to operate

* Organisational design - including role definition, and sizing, skill definition and enablement support

* Standards definition - for planning, controls (i.e. risk) and documents where none exist or those in place need refresh

* Business Architecture Understanding - what are the PPM solution components required to make an implementation successful

* Change Management - assisting the client in preparing the organization for implementation

* Mentoring and support - assisting the clients to use the Frameworks and Technology to support their Change delivery
