Rate: Between £40-55K

Duration: Permanent

The Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site/Project Manager responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish to join our friendly team.

We are recruiting a Site Manager/ Project Manager to work on a Commercial Fit Out project in North London. The successful Site Manager will have previously worked on commercial fit out developments.

You will be reporting to the Directors and have full responsibility for the delivery of the site.

The Key Requirements:

* Previous experience managing the delivery of construction sites

* Able to budget and schedule the project from start to finish

* Able to recruit and manage a team/sub contractors to undertake the works

* A strong work ethic

* The ability to communicate effectively with all relevant parties.

* A demonstrated background managing the health and safety on site.

* Production of detailed progress reports

* Computer literate, Excel, Auto Cad

* Hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid tickets.

* Ideally a trade qualification or relevant construction degree.
