Excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager from a facilities background to join a successful organisation who can offer the chance to lead a team, build a career and make their mark on the future developments of a Bristol based business.

This well-established organisation specialise in utility and facilities services for a wide range of organisations across the UK. Since establishment they've shown consistent growth and development. Due to this they now require a Contracts Manager to join their team.

In this role you will be required to manage a team of facilities engineers ensuring domestic and commercial contracts and projects are completed within time and budget constraints. You will also be require to liaise with customers and carry out inspections of projects to ensure high standards are met.

The position would suit a Contracts Manager looking to join a well-established business that can offer varied and challenging work with the chance to lead a team and utilise their skills.

*Management of facilities contracts

*Liaising with customers (40% field based)

*Ensuring time, budgets and compliance are kept
