Planner (Construction) Remuneration

Salary: up to £50k + Car/Allowance, Health, Pension, 25 Days holiday

I am currently working with one of the UK's leading housebuilding, regeneration and construction companies and they are looking to bring on an experienced planner. The position offers excellent opportunity for progression as they will aid your transition into a senior role.

The position is for a planner to work on both tender and live works as the role will be split between both site and office.

You will be working on projects valued over £50m and this would present an excellent opportunity for someone to progress their career with a market leader.

Planner Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years in Planning for a well-known main contractor.

* Exposure to a varied range of sectors, listed buildings, high-rise, mixed use, schools, university

* Methodical and diligent.

* Good communicator.

* Full UK Driving licence is essential.
