My client is operating in the semiconductor arena and now looking for a Staff Project Manager for its site in Dresden. The Staff Project Manager should bring along min. 4 years of experience in Project Management in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities of a Staff Project Manager:

Plan, setup and track the development project for a successful achievement of all project targets

Manage and control the entire project life-cycle and will be the main contact person for all questions regarding the project

Take over the forming and leading of the project team

Structure projects, ensure compliance and hold project team accountable

Continuously focus on project quality, progress against plan and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges

Requirements of a Staff Project Manager:

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar field

Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience, thereof 4+ years in Project Management

Understanding of product- and process development (project initiation, planning and tracking, including reporting and documentation)

Know-how and experience in interdisciplinary fields of product development

Fluency in Business English

Experience in ISO26262 compliant product developments is a plus

Familiarity with the semiconductor industry
