Do you have 1st and 2nd line support experience and looking to join a global manufacturer offering UK and overseas travel and the chance to technically grow across 3rd line support!

You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the businesses computer systems and IT equipment. Working from helpdesk level through to servers and networks, you will cover all areas of infrastructure including; firewalls, active directory, printers, mobile phones, data centre, servers and storage, virtualisation and email. You will be key in supporting ongoing projects and offering support other UK and some overseas sites. Training and development will be offered on 3rd line support (Servers, Networking, virtualisation, storage etc.

The role:

* IT Support Engineer

*1st, 2nd and some 3rd line Support (Training will be given in 3rd line)

* Physical delivery, monitoring and support of computer systems and IT equipment

* Networks, firewalls, active directory, printers, mobile phones, data centre, servers and storage

* Managing 3rd party services

* Occasional international and UK travel

*Lots of project work
