Role: Contract R&D Project Manager

Location: East Midlands

Rate: £400 per day

Duration: 4 Months

A leading electronics company are urgently seeking an R&D project manager to join them for the next 4 months.

The client is a market leader in their field and offices all over the world.

For this role, the successful candidate will have experience managing multi disciplined teams (Electronics, Embedded Software, Mechanical etc) Competencies;

* Successful track record of managing cross functional programmes

* Ability to manage from a distance, resources who work for other organisations.

* A self-starter with a determination to succeed balanced with appropriate tact and diplomacy.

* Excellent communications skills and established team player with well-developed influence and relationship management skill
