As Customer Quality Manager you will initially be technically responsible for the customer programs from concept to launch however this position will also give you the opportunity to develop the customer quality team, taking the division from strength to strength as the business grows.
You will be responsible for
*Ensuring the customer voice is considered at all stages of the manufacturing process
*Managing customer quality metrics
*coordinating communication between the customer and the development teams
*Managing customer improvement plans when required
Skills required:
*Must have experience in Electronic Engineering as well as Software development
*Experience with CMMI or A-SPICE
*Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and VDA6.3
*Experience with FMEA, APQP, 8D and PPAP
*Must speak both English and German (minimum of B1)
