An IP Telecoms Engineer will join the support department of a successful Telecom product and services companying take responsibility for installing and configuring the company’s unique telecoms solutions as well as providing technical support for the products. Applications are welcome from Junior and mid level Engineers.

Key Skills and Experience the IP Telecoms Engineer will possess:

Knowledge of networking components, VoIP and Linux operating systems.

Experience in Telecoms with an understanding of SIP, SS7, SMS.

Working knowledge of Linux.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful IP Telecoms Engineer will provide in-depth technical support - resolving technical issues and investigating escalated support matters; undertaking diagnostic testing and using remote tools to access customers systems, performing customer installations as well as providing customer training.
