Role: PMO Analyst

Location: Worthing

Duration: 6 months

* Review project forecasts and enter into systems, input revenue figures, undertake analysis of actuals versus previous forecasts, using standard and non standard Business Objects reports.

* Support the Business Operations Managers to review the billing and reconciliation process of various clients.

* Be the point of contact for queries and follow up on missing timesheet entry for month end in DTX and Fieldglass. Ensure new resources are set up on the correct project codes and are booking correctly to tasks and according to forecast.

* Monitor for commercial cover and set project codes up in N2K.

* Assist with the onboarding and offboarding resources. A key aspect of this is to ensure the supporting of onboarding resources have a 'good' experience, when they arrive.

* Support the clientresourcing activities in the Digital Delivery Centre. Key aspect is having an awareness and understanding operating in a multi supplier environment.

* Review and updates of the Resources Register and Organisation charts in line with the various reports/dashboards adhering to account standards and deadlines.

* Finance: support the EMs through the month end process. Help with Actuals, Forecasts & Budgets using a variety of tools, techniques & reports with an emphasis on attention to detail. Understand the basic commercials that underpin the project/service.

Tools

* Competent user of MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint & Outlook

* Proficient user of N2K, GFS, EM Portal, CBOS Self- Service & Resource Register

* Useful to know are Business Objects, JIRA, OWB & MSProject.

Business Skills

* Have an understanding of Project Management methodologies and associated tools knowledge (eg project finances & planning). EM Foundation certified (or willingness to work towards)

* Key skillset includes: analysis; collaboration; stakeholder management; communication; attention to detail and a methodical approach.
