Fixed Term Contract for 2 years +

36.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri)

Are you an experienced engineer with experience of working on projects involving autonomous vehicles or similar? Are you looking for a highly varied and exciting position within a market leading company?

My client carry out collaborative research and development projects with industry leaders within the automotive sector amongst others. They have an exciting project that entails research and development of Autonomous vehicles.

You will have experience in one of the following: systems engineering, controls engineering, safety analysis or Coding Skills in relation to connected autonomous vehicles (CAV's). The role is an R&D role so good planning and reporting skills are necessary along with experience in process improvement.

Anyone with experience in vehicle simulation packages such as IPG CarMaker, PreScan etc will have a distinct advantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any project engineer in autonomous vehicles to join a world renowned research and development department at the forefront of technology.

The Role:

* Helping to run autonomous vehicle projects

* Liaising with industrial partners, students and academics

* Focused around Systems engineering/Control Engineering/Coding/safety analysis

The Candidate:

* Experience with projects involving Autonomous vehicles or similar

* Systems engineering/Control Engineering/Coding/safety analysis Background

* Experience of Vehicle simulation an advantage
