Spring Technology currently have an opportunity to work with a large Banking organisation based in Birmingham, looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the business as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Senior BA, you will be responsible for leading the team of Business Analysts within the business itself. This will include things such as mentoring more junior BA's whilst also taking responsibility for personal development and 1 to 1 mentoring.

Skills and experience required

- Senior level BA experience

- Process Improvement

- System Management experience

- Stakeholder Management

- Banking/Financial Service experience
