Android Developer / Mobile Software Engineer (Android NDK Java OOP). Would you like to work on complex, technically challenging systems for the world's largest FinTech, with continual learning opportunities within a supportive and diverse environment?

As an Android Developer you will join a dedicated mobile technology team focussed on developing highly complex mobile apps for financial professionals that provide real-time access to finance news, market analysis, charts, data, research and instant notifications as well as allowing them to trade on the move. You'll take ownership of business requirements and build solutions to meet customer demand, working across the full development lifecycle. There are many technical challenges and new upcoming projects as this area of the business continues to grow.

You'll be based in amazing City offices with open plan desk space, breakout areas, quiet spaces and a range of onsite facilities such as a free fully stocked food hall area.

Requirements:

*Strong Android development experience

*Experience of working on distributed, scalable and multi-threaded systems

*Good knowledge of Computing fundamentals such as Data Structures, Design Patterns, Algorithms

*Collaborative team member who is keen to share knowledge and learn from others

*Keen technologist, stay at the forefront of technical innovation

*Likely to be degree educated, Computer Science preferred

*Desirable: Java, C++, Objective-C, Swift, iOS
