Payroll and Benefits Manager / Public Sector / Immediate Start / Interviews Next / London / £35,000 - £45,000 / Fixed Term

Client: Public Sector

Location: Central London

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

My client are a leading Public Sector Body who are looking to add their very dynamic team.

The role will consist of research, setting Strategies and collaborating on policies procedures for the Business.

You will have an ability to communicate to Senior Stake Holders and Employees

Delivery of pay and benefits research activity

Pay and benefits strategy, policy and plans ensuring they are equitable and in line with objectives

Look for future changes in pay, benefits and pension legislation / best practice and to look for opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsible for pay and benefits audit requirements to ensure complies with all required standards and regulatory requirements.
