A contract has become available to work a company with an outstanding reputation within the construction industry who are specialists in delivering refurbishment, structural alteration and conversion projects. They are rapidly growing and as a result they are taking on principle contractor appointments as well as sub-contractor appointments.

I am looking for a hardworking senior project manager to initially be based on site in North London. The successful senior project manager will be responsible for the delivery of the MEP aspects of this project and internal finishing, therefore it is important the applying senior project manager has relevant experience in this area.

This project will be delivering of 10 - 15 traditional build residential units and my client are delivering the entire project from conception to completion. This company are a small to medium size business, therefore and I am looking for a project manager who comes from a similar background.

Requirements for this Senior Project Manager position:

* Must be autonomous and self-sufficient.

* Previously delivered entire small residential developments from cradle to grave.

* Must have extensive experience delivering the MEP and finishing aspects of a project.

* Strong interpersonal skills.

* Stable career history (not interested in PMs who have jumped around every few months)

* CSCS, Black Card, Health and Safety.

* Previous experience working for a small to medium size contractor/developer on small residential schemes.

Day rate for this Senior Project Manager position:

* £350 per day
