Java Software Architect

6-12+ Months contract

Sunbury-On-Thames, Surrey

£500 per day

Pearson Frank are currently working in partnership with a Global Consultancy who are searching for an Architect for a long term contract in Sunbury Upon Thames Contract rates on offer are £500 per day.

The role is focussed around;

Design, integration and implementation experience in the following domains:

Core technologies: Java 8, REST Webservices, Junit, MS SQL, ability to communicate effectively with other team members. Good working knowledge of integrating with third-party via RESTful/SOAP APIs

Desireable; Unit test experience, BDD, Agile Scrum/Kanban, Node.js, Micro services, Mockito, Hibernate,

MongoDB or Cosmos DB, Kassandra, Redshift or Big Query

Experience with Azure and VSTS/Azure DevOps would also be prefered

Demonstrable working knowledge of version control tools (ideally Git)
