Our client wishes to hire a Service Transition Manager to drive service improvements and excellence to the Front Office of the banking group's EMEA Service operations.
This initial 6-month contract requires candidates to have significant experience and knowledge of a global banking front office and deliver management of change requests and service delivery.
As the Service Transition Manager, you will be expected to act as the subject matter expert for all service transitions and operational handover for the front office. Working with project and programme managers to ensure the service standards are clearly understood and met, as well as providing consolidated reporting.
