DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support learning system applications, including technical implementation, developing ad-hoc enhancements and reports and verifying software upgrades.

2. Design and develop system & data integration solutions between learning support systems and other client systems.

3. Monitor systems and undertake enhancements as appropriate to improve reliability and functionality.

4. Work with users to identify and document requirements.

5. Liaise with peers at other related institutions.

6. Develop and implement maintainable systems using appropriate tools.

7. Work with IT and other specialist staff, as required, to develop and support the learning support service.

8. Liaise with suppliers regarding software delivery and implementation.

9. Implement and test software upgrades in consultation with users and software suppliers.

10. Work within multi-disciplinary project teams.

11. Participate, as appropriate, in cross-functional incident and problem management initiatives to ensure continuity of service.

12. Other appropriate duties as required.
