PMO Analyst - Potters Bar
This is a fantastic opportunity for a PMO Analyst to secure an exciting position with a leading financial services and insurance company, based in Potters Bar. My client is seeking a PMO Analyst with strong analytical, business reporting and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, combined with an enthusiastic interest in IT.
The successful PMO Analyst will be providing support and guidance on project, portfolio and programme management processes, tools and techniques. As well as this, the PMO Analyst will perform tracking and reporting of programme/project progress and evaluate project performance and recommend changes where necessary. Another aspect of the PMO Analyst role will be to ensure project compliance by contributing to reviews and audits of project and programme management.
Essential skills and experience required for the PMO Analyst:
* Detailed knowledge of project or programme management methodologies
* Practical knowledge of PPM tools and techniques
* Proven track record of producing high quality reports including data as back up
* Understanding of methods and techniques of planning and monitoring progress of projects
* Detailed knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel
* Innovative approaches to problem solving and devising inventive and creative solutions
* Customer focussed approach
