Service Delivery Lead - Applications SDM - ITIL - SAP

Working in an IS Operations department you will take the lead role in the Service Delivery of a suite of SAP ERP applications, ensuring high standards of service are delivered, understanding the operational challenges faced in the delivery of the service and work closely with internal teams and 3rd parties to ensure continuous improvement, identify opportunity, mitigate risk, problem solving escalated issues and ad-hoc requests with win-win outcomes and informed decision making.

ITIL aligned delivery and certification will be essential, SAP will be ideal.
