We are looking for a Programme Manager (POS) for a prestigious retailer based in London.

The ideal Programme Manager (POS), will have extensive experience of leading a workstream around POS and customer experience.

EXPERIENCE OF POS IN RETAIL IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE.

As a Programme Manager (POS), you will be implementing new POS software and hardware across the retail estate. There will need to be a number of integrations to other solutions to enable the in store team members to access the right information for the customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for the business to introduce a more contemporary PoS proposition for our customers.

The Programme Manager (POS) will lead a workstream dedicated to delivering new ways of working and tools to our in store team members. Significant senior-level experience of delivering previous PoS technology, within a project environment and with budget constraints, is essential.

Skills

*Senior level experience of implementing modern POS platforms (hardware & software) in a retail environment - essential

*Good understanding of the wider business

*Strong stakeholder identification and engagement skills with access to senior stakeholders

*Previous experience of leading a project is desirable

*Ability to develop benefits case, utilising appropriate support from IT and Finance

*High capability for decision making, sound judgement, assertiveness

*Influential and well respected in their area

*Inquisitive with good intuition, supporting the early identification of issues

*Comfortable and confident in making decisions, and coordinating and influencing business. Recognises when escalation is required for a decision

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations

*Presentation skills

*Ability to cope under pressure

*Ability to lead through ambiguity

*Good collaboration and interpersonal skills
