Senior Product Manager £70,000

We are recruiting for a high growth organisation, that provide software solutions to organisations around the world. Established for over 10 years with steady growth they have over the last year expanded very quickly with a view to treble in size by 2020.

They now require a Senior Product Manager to come on board and assist with the growth whilst also being the driver to constant improvement of current solutions and introduction of new products. The Senior Product Manager will be working on HR Products.

These cover background Screening, Employee onboarding and recruitment software. Due to the specific needs of their organisation and the seniority of this role, candidates will only be considered if they have experience of HR Technology.

Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager:

* Take ownership of the Product strategy and roadmap, be the bridge between business and tech and aligning the goals to create a successful Product plan.

* Be an expert in all things HR products, understand the competition and the tech market relating to HR, Onboarding and background checking software.

* Work closely with the CTO to ensure coherence in product thinking and strategy.

* Report directly to board of Directors and be a key influencer in the future direction of Products.

* In the initial phases look after legacy products whilst this is improved, and new products launched to market.

Skill set and Experience required of Senior Product Manager:

* Indepth knowledge of HR software. ideally covering Background Checking, on boarding or Recruitment is required to be considered for this role.

* Excellent experience as a Product Manager within Data and/or digital products. Ideally as Product lead.

* Experience of full product lifeycle and understanding all parts of a product.

* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

* Experience managing a small team as well as assisting development teams with product enhancement.

* Experienced with managing product iterations before release and comfortable working with complex products.

* A degree or background in Development/Engineering would be beneficial but not essential.

The Senior Product Manager role is based in Bedford.

The Senior Product Manager role will pay in the region of £70,000 depending on experience.
