Senior Security Analyst - £55,000 - £70,000 - Gloucester

As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be working within the Response Analyst team of a major Cyber Consultancy based in the South, responding to and investigating client requirements.

In terms of the role itself, you will be working to assessing and performing the analysis of data/threats/alerts raised by client requirements, with a view to respond and investigate to said alerts. As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be looked upon to support the Incident Response consultants with investigations across a wide array of requirements, including threat intelligence, actor profiling, and defining analysis procedures and protocols.

Ideally, you would already be in a senior position within a SOC, with knowledge and exposure to various types of malware, attack vectors and IOC's. Ideally skilled/experienced within: Network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, comprehensive knowledge of IDS principals and how they function.
