Junior Scrum Master
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Scrum Master to join a leading organisation, specialising in bespoke software and are leaders within their market. Due to continued success and expansion of the team they are now seeking an enthusiastic Junior Scrum Master, aimed to ensure that the team are working effectively to achieve business goals in line with product releases.
The ideal Junior Scrum Master will have come from a Project Owner or Business Analyst background, working in a Scrum / Agile environment. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, knows the best questions to ask, can work very closely with the entire business (technical & non-technical), and be open-minded to how projects and products are delivered.
Key skills required for the Junior Scrum Master:
* Excellent Agile and Scrum process knowledge
* Have come from a Business Analyst / Product Owner background, with some commercial work within a Scrum Master role
* The ability to plan and run consecutive sprints
* Experience of working closely with development teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication skills; great questioning techniques and the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical staff
