Finance Manager (Dynamics NAV / Navision), High Wycombe, £60K + Benefits

One of my key clients, a leading medical technology company, are actively looking an experienced Finance Manager to contribute and manage the company's finance function whilst they take an exciting step into a number of new international regions.

Reporting directly into the CFO, you would be responsible for financial and statutory reporting to the overall group in addition to taking ownership of forecasting and budgeting.

Following on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision system across the business around 4 years ago, my client is also looking for an individual to work closely with the Head of IT on the continued enhancement of this user-friendly finance system.

As an employee centric business, you will become an integral member of an expanding and forward-thinking organisation within a friendly environment.

Successful candidates will have:

* Direct experience managing a successful finance team

* Broad accountancy experience covering month-end and year-end processes

* Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

* Strong MS Office skills, particularly data manipulation in MS Excel

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
