PMO-London-Contract-Law-£250-325 p/d
My client is a very successful Law firm in London looking for an enthusiastic, driven and competent Project Office Manager/PMO to join their team on a contract basis and have the chance to really improve their skills, learn from key stakeholders and work in a well respected Law firm.
The Project Office Manager/PMO should have a strong grasp of financial planning and budgeting, be able to manage an office with an energetic and organised approach as well as being a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Experience working with a purchase ordering system is desirable and would very beneficial.
Key Skills:
* Managing the budget for the financial year
* Tracking project spend and highlighting any risk
* Managing and leading negotiations for all current IT contracts
* Lead the procurement process
* Ensuring objectives are met within budget and on time
* Liaising with Project managers providing input to the project portfolio
* Maintain and organisational chart
* Manage all training requirements for IT
* Creating all purchase orders to authorise spending on IT invoices
Legal experience is not a requirement, but naturally would be a bonus.
