Applications Support Officer - GIS

Salary: £23,683 - £26,742 pa

This council needs an Applications Support Officer looking to join a great team that provides IT support to two councils.

The ideal candidate must be able to create and maintain GIS data, develop online mapping systems and support our other application systems. You will also help colleagues in delivering key ICT projects across both organisations. Lots of opportunities for exciting development work.

They need someone who can work across two sites - with experience in ESRI. ARCGIS/ ArcMap and Geodatabases. Experience in IDOX Uniform and Capita products would be really helpful too although they can train you in these areas.

The best person for the job will always start with the customers needs and will look for ways to improve how they do things. A fast learner would also be great.

Training and Qualifications Programme:
