Our client is an exceptional organisation, a household name across the UK and a really great place to work.They are currently looking for a PMO Specialist to join their business transformation teamThey are not looking for just any PMO, but someone with a bit more who embodies the following:

'€¢A long track record supporting the delivery of complex technology and business change transformation programmes in a TMO/PMO capacity.'€¢Proven experience of operating in a similar role'€¢Deep experience operating in a lean strategic level TMO/PMO.'€¢Able to work effectively across a matrixed team of experienced Portfolio / Programme / Project Managers, providing value add services and eliciting timely information and metrics.'€¢Strong B2B / B2C knowledge preferred. '€¢Sound knowledge and experience of programme and project management methodologies (e.g. MSP, Prince2, PMI methodologies).'€¢Possess strong collaborative working practices.'€¢Strong process improvement experience and demonstrated advanced planning and problem solving capabilities.
