* Working with project and programme managers to create and maintain a set of plans supporting delivery work streams, performing modelling scenarios and managing a changing set of inter-stream dependencies.
* Creating views of the plans for a variety of audiences at different levels of granularity
* Establishing appropriate governance and control measures within the project, which align with the overall standards of the organisation
* Developing and managing close working relationships with project/programme managers to ensure governance and controls are effectively embedded into project delivery.
* Maintaining a range of documentation to support project/programme management, project delivery and reports on progress (e.g. can include validation of status reports, steering group packs and board reporting packs).
* Managing key processes required within the project/programme environment (e.g. resource management, change control, RAID management, planning and milestones, and financials) to ensure data can be captured and utilised effectively.
* Job holder will work with stakeholders up to senior management level across the programme/project
Essential
* Proven MS Project skills at an advanced level
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Excellent PC skills, including SharePoint, solid Powerpoint, excellent Excel
* Ability to evaluate analytical data
* Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills
* Problem solving skills
* Planning
* Organising, interpreting and presenting information/data
* Confident when dealing with Senior Stakeholders
* Proactive individual
