Our Client and Your Role

Our client is looking for a talented Service Now Engineer to collaborate, innovate and lead the delivery of Service Now to the client. We are searching for a senior project manager with extensive experience in leading team and implementations of ServiceNow.

You will be expected to design, plan and execute the rollout of Service Now across a federal landscape. The team is searching for a candidate that will bring technical expertise and understanding of IT in a broader scope.

They will work closely to advise and educate the customers on integration of tools and structure of process flow. They will be the lead to guide implementation on a high impact organization developing solutions and extending the platform migrating away from legacy ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow system

- Collect and incorporate business requirements into a ServiceNow roadmap

- Lead execution of the ServiceNow roadmap to maintain alignment between ServiceNow and the business needs of the client

- Experience with DevOps software (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc)

Requirements

- Multiple implementations of ServiceNow at least lead (1) of the implementations

- Extensive experience in ITSM related jobs including Remedy and Siebel

- Must be capable of leading small workgroups

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Splunk

- Experience creating and leading the execution of a ServiceNow roadmap

- Familiarity with Agile development and ITIL processes

- Strong communication skills written and oral

- Must be an independent self-starter
