Job Summary:

Project management and delivery oversight of the onsite SAP Hybris services as per the client contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and Delivery successfully Hybris Commerce Solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

* Stakeholder management, financial management and reporting

* Proven experience working as a Project Manager at a senior level with multi-location delivery teams

* Experience delivering complex eCommerce projects over £1million

* Experience in Omni-Channel consultancy and system integration

Skills & Experience

* Hybris Commerce implementations in B2B and B2C.

* Excellent verbal and written English

* Experience as Project Manager on software development projects

* Experience and very good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods

* Experience of full life cycle projects from initial scoping through to delivery

* Experience of user stories, story point estimation and measuring velocity

* Experience managing requirements with customers

* Experience of working with development teams

* Extensive experience in people mgt, issue mgt and resolution, governance and controls

* Excellent communication skills

* Experienced in managing suppliers and outsourcing contracts and offshore model

* Must have excellent customer facing experience

* Must have experience leading teams in onsite and offshore delivery mode

* Sound knowledge in financials, managing revenue/margin for the account

* Prior knowledge of Hybris, IOT, Mobility has added advantage

* In depth understanding of various eCommerce platforms

Desirable Soft Skills;

* Experience as hybris business analyst/product owner

* Experience of international customers

* Experience and knowledge of B2C and/or B2B eCommerce

* Qualified in ITIL Service Delivery is desirable
