HR Apprentice

This company are a design and manufacturing company and are consistently expanding their operations in Poole. Due to the high levels of growth within the business they are now looking for a HR Apprentice to join the team.

In this role you will be working closely with the HR Manager and HR officers on all aspect of running a HR department. You will be the first point of contact for internal employees on all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, training and development. You will also be put through your CIPD qualifications.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of two A Levels, and be wanting to start a career in Human Resources.

The Role:

*Working closely with the HR Manager and HR Officers

*First point of contact in the HR department for all employees

*Dealing with recruitment, employee relations, training and development
