Senior Embedded Software Engineer - C/C++

Location: London

Salary: £35000 - £48000

My client are a game-changing company manufacturing ground breaking robotic based equipment that uses a range of high spec sensors and digital and analogue electronics to control the complex mechanical element of this £multimillion system. Jobs like this do not come around very often!

The Senior Embedded Software Engineer - C/C++ will form an essential part of the engineering team based in London. They will be tasked with the embedded development of C/C++ software used in highly technical products which have a mix of complex and high speed electronics, mechatronics and robotics and higher level application SW.

The Senior Embedded Software Engineer - C/C++ will need some of the following skills:

Ideally, 4-5 years of 'hands-on' real time embedded software development within a commercial R & D company.

Experienced in coding in embedded C and C++

Experience in Processors such as Atmel or ColdFire

Ability to generate software design specification, development plans, test plans, develop code, test and debug.

This is a role for someone who has a passion for engineering and ambition to work on a variety of complex electronic products.
