IT Support AnalystRetail - POS Our leading retail client based in the heart of Mayfair are currently looking for a contract IT Support Analyst to provide IT Support for the Servers, Desktops, mobile, LAN, WAN, business applications and POS systems.This role will be liaising with all levels of the business and due to the nature of this work, excellent communication skills are a must.Role Responsibilities: '€¢Provide IT support for the Servers, Desktops, mobile, LAN, WAN, business applications and POS systems'€¢Log end user calls on internal help desk system and assign relevant priorities and escalation path.'€¢Proactively monitor all alerts setup internally and raise tickets as necessary.'€¢Complete regular daily system and application checks.'€¢Carry out regular monitoring and patching program to estate server environment.'€¢Suggest improvements to systems setup as appropriate.'€¢Support rollout of new applications and updates to existing applications.'€¢Available to visit and provide IT support to our retail, manufacturing, customer services & wholesale sites. Skills Required: '€¢Microsoft Office 365 usage and administration including directory sync.'€¢Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.'€¢Support of server environments, network switches and understanding of LANs and WANs.'€¢Meraki Wi-Fi and Access Point Mgt & Apple device mgt.'€¢Windows operating systems - Windows 7 & 10.'€¢Printers and multi-function devices.'€¢Supporting remote users.
