Service Desk Analyst

£11.77 per hour

Durham

3 months+ contract to start as soon as possible

Daily duties include:

- Providing IT support to staff and colleagues

- Efficient and effective workload management

- Resolving IT technical issues, specifically Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment

- Service improvement

Essential experience includes:

- Significant experience providing service desk and technical support

- Experience with working with Audio Visual equipment

- Experience and understanding of desktop deployment, hardware, software & device configuration

- Experience of using and supporting with desktop software including: Outlook, Excel, Lync, Word and Powerpoint
