Apprentice Technical Trainers are required by Global organisation in their Milton Keynes offices.

As the Apprentice Technical Trainers you will be join the established training team, which is one of the UK largest training providers for apprenticeships for 16-24 year olds. You will be providing technical skills training to automotive apprentices, to meet the criteria and company pathway. You will be assisting with developing and creating materials for the course, including long and short commercial courses and apprenticeships frameworks.

Essential Skills for the Apprentice Technical Trainers:

* Proven automotive industry experience (5 years plus)

* Practical vocational skills and expertise in the areas you are to train (minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Strong technical knowledge

* Strong communication skills

* Experience of training and mentoring others is a must

* Be proactive in regards to planning

* Desire to assist young people achieve their goals and potential

* Flexibility for some travel

Desirable Skills for the Apprentice Technical Trainers:

* Recognised Training/Teaching Qualification

* Proven track record of achieving performance targets

Responsibilities for the Apprentice Technical Trainers:

* Deliver and asses technical certificate qualifications

* Provide and then asses additional knowledge not provided by the workplace

* Mentor and guide apprentices

* Make sure training facilities and materials are organised in advance

* Ensure course evaluations are completed and submitted as per company process

* Monitor apprentices progression in other areas of the apprenticeships framework
