Reporting to the Head of Design and Development, the candidate will be able to demonstrate an established track record for creating exceptional performance, cross-platform code and smart, beautiful user journeys.

Role and Responsibilities
Work in a creative team environment to develop responsive HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery) code, prototypes and production code, that is performant and accessible across all common browsers.
Confident using ZURB Foundation 6+, LESS/SASS, Bootstrapp.
Provide diligent user testing and ensure your work delivers an intuitive and memorable user experience.
Advise on user interface best practices to meet performance and client requirements.
Requirements for Senior Front-end Developer
Strong JavaScript (ES6) experience.
React experience is highly desired but not mandatory
JavaScript framework experience - Angular, Vue, React, Ember, Node.
HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS, Styled Components.
JS Unit testing.
Understanding of DevOps and its benefits.
CI/CD.
Experience of working with JIRA.
Working in an Agile environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Must have 6+ years industry experience in front end development
Must possess a thorough understanding of web content and have access to a library of examples of recent work by successful brands and publishers.
Strong HTML5 and CSS3 semantic, hand-coding skills.
Proficient in JavaScript (JQuery), SASS, CSS, ZURB, Foundation 6+, NODE, Angular 2.
Experience of working with JIRA.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
Great attention to detail and solid grasp of web and mobile technologies and standards.
Demonstrable experience of usability on fully responsive website.
Excellent project management, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker, great communication and project management skills
Always willing to offer new suggestions and ideas.
