World leader in web technology for financial trading is seeking a Graduate Infrastructure Engineer to join their Infrastructure Engineering team who are responsible for the upkeep of network infrastructure, servers and workstations. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, the key aspect of your role will involve supporting the development and admin teams in their day to day tasks and helping to grow the infrastructure within the business. This is a broad and varied role that covers a wide range of responsibilities such as; engaging with staff and proactively resolving their day-to-day computing issues, managing the company's software and hardware assets and maintaining and improving the network, including VPN and WLAN.

Based in London, you will be joining a friendly, collaborative and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to enhance their skills and gain valuable knowledge of financial trading systems whilst working in a relaxed software house environment.

Requirements:

*Degree educated (2:1 or above) in Computer Science or similar

*Experience in any of the following will be highly beneficial; Virtualization technologies (VMWare, vSphere, ESX), Cloud infrastructure (Amazon AWS), maintaining and setting up web servers (Apache, LAMP), Network security (Cisco ASA firewalls, UNIX), Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye, Bitbucket)

*Knowledge of scripting language (Bash, Python, PowerShell)

*Excellent communication skills
