Online Learning Facilitator/Tutor (Project Management & Business Analysis Foundation Level +)

Homebased with flexible fulltime hours, after initial office based training period

About our role: Are you a recent Graduate OR in an Education/Teaching position OR just looking for a new role with a flexible way of working? Do you have online training, teaching & facilitating experience? Do you enjoy mentoring, coaching, managing the student journey through, sharing knowledge, marking and providing feedback and guidance to individuals online and student forums etc.?

Your focus: As Online Learning Facilitator for our Level 4 Project Management & Business Analysis Apprenticeship Programme you will have a passion for training to support and guide individuals &/or groups in the pursuit of attaining the most from QA’s high quality educational programmes.

Rewarding, exciting and ever changing, the role is to support our learners outside of the classroom using QA’s unique and innovative online technology. Working as part of a pioneering team, you will be working with budding Project Managers & Business Analysts to supplement their learning with wrap around services, adding to sessions with Skills Coaches and learning completed in Training Centres.

Working remotely or from one of our offices (your choice), you’ll manage our learning challenges, deploy activities, liaise with your team, suggest improvements and give feedback across the board. The perfect role for someone who fancies all the perks of teaching without any of the hassle of getting in and out of the office or school.

Our role will also involve the opportunity for you to develop and gain additional qualifications as you learn and go through the programme with our cohorts, therefore if your knowledge and experience is at Foundation level, that’s fine with us. Your student engagement, tracking and learner touchpoint skills are the vital parts of our role.

Bring your experience: You will be highly organised, with a flair of passing on knowledge through online methods, building excellent relationships with our learners and have the ability to liaise with our Tutor and Coaches to ensure any learner needs are identified and met. We also require:

Ideally have experience of remote and e-learning delivery

An understanding of Project Management, techniques, tools, processes and methodologies is essential

Desirable - A Degree, Higher Education Qualification in Project Management or significant industry experience

Excellent communication skills

Ability to identify individual learner needs

Ability to provide feedback in a way that motivates individual learners
