Senior Product Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to join a fast-growing company revolutionising the healthcare sector. Working in partnership with the NHS the business is helping to transform the way patients receive care and improve the speed and efficiency of access to healthcare professionals.

The Senior Product Manager role will take ownership of a specific product looking at condition diagnosis and delivering new systems as well as improving the existing product.

This is a rare opportunity to positively influence the healthcare sector globally, creating tools that enable a far quicker and effective healthcare service.

Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager:

* To work collaboratively with stakeholders, Engineers, designers and customers to create market leading, innovative, digital products for the healthcare sector.

* Define and manage the product roadmap. Capturing feedback from different sources and creating effective plans which suit the vision of customers and internal stakeholders.

* Effectively prioritise features and ensure critical features are released to improve the product offering.

* Actively lead research, ensuring that you are up to date with market movements, trends and demands.

* Be a hub of customer interaction - define and create frameworks for the product based on customer feedback.

* Set success criteria and evaluate effectively the success of product releases.

* Use data to influence decision making. Ensure data is assessed properly and that the useful inputs are created because of data assessment.

* Be a team player- motivate, guide and lead by example to ensure the team meets its common goals.

Background, skills and personality of the Senior Product Manager:

* Extensive experience with the end-end delivery of Digital Products. Ideally in a B2B or B2B2C environment.

* Demonstrable track record of releasing features which improved a products usability.

* Experience of releasing mobile products would be highly beneficial.

* Excellent ability to work across business and tech functions, being able to work with Developers, Designers, and researchers effectively.

* Persuasive personality, able to influence stakeholders and decision makers effectively whilst be able to push back on ideas that you may not agree with.

* A lover of tech and ideally healthcare tech. You keep yourself up to date with trends, technology advancements and competition to ensure you are always delivering the best.

The Senior Product Manager role will be based in Buckinghamshire close to High Wycombe.

The Senior Product Manager role will pay a salary of £70,000-£85,000 + excellent benefits and a brilliant culture of ensuring a strong work/life balance.
