RF and Hardware Manager - £65K - 80K GBP + performance bonus + pension
The RF and Hardware Manager will become a driving force in an established Engineering team, influencing design direction in relation to 5G telecommunications products and motivating other members of the RF team.
The position is ideal for a Principal RF Engineer or RF Team Leader; however, a Senior RF Engineer who can communicate particularly well will also be considered.
The technology will be related to 5G communications, integrating 3rd party transceivers and off-the-shelf components into an RF System.
On a day to day basis, the Principal RF Engineer will contribute to:
- Design Reviews
- Product Evaluation
- RF Component Selection
- RF System Modelling
- Transceiver Integration
- RF Measurements
- Knowledge of Antenna Design.
- Knowledge of 5G Systems
- Knowledge of Telecommunication Standards
Required Skills:
- BSc / MSc / PhD qualified
- Proven experience in Wireless Systems design, Link Budgets and Subsystem integration.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Antenna Design.
- Knowledge of 5G Systems
- Knowledge of Telecommunication Standards
