Digital Business Analyst - Understand and build business and tech requirements.

We have an opportunity for a Digital Business Analyst to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on site with a multi-national technology company based in Central London. Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for: assisting the consultant and design team to complete the GTM Customer Operating Model design.

This involves:

* Supporting the consultant to complete the operating model design, closing outstanding open design questions.

* Supporting the completion of the responsibility matrix for key roles (RACI), documenting L2-4 processes, documenting workshop sessions, collating and analysing KPIs and other relevant metrics, compiling and presenting information visually (ppt) and in writing to a high standard

Key Skills and Requirements:

* Experience of translating and simplifying business ideas.

* Ability to synthesize information and present back in a professional format

* Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

* A collaborative, results-driven individual

* Desirable - Understanding of pre-sales roles and processes (customer success planning, retention planning), experience of rolling out new roles across a global organisation.
