Daily, thousands of colleagues within operations are involved in producing new machines for our customers in factories worldwide, delivering customer services to our customers, planning customer orders and managing our logistics. As our business is expanding with new technologies and time to market is critical, we have to change many of our processes and systems worldwide to lead the way into the future and continue to meet the complex needs of our customers. Over the past few years, their Customer Support (CS) sector has installed an academy for accelerating the development of their managers and leaders. Now we will extend the focus of leadership development to all sectors in our Operations Department.

Job Description

Your tasks will revolve around setting up the Operations part of the academy. The position involves the initiation, program management and execution on process and content level: - Project definition - defining assignment with stakeholders; - Designing development structure and development paths for managers and leaders; - Bringing innovative development interventions by enhancing situation-specific learning and

creating development events; - Building, embedding and rolling out the communication plan and change approach; - Working closely together with stakeholders in your network for the execution of the project plan.

Education

Master in Human Resources, Organization Studies or Psychology with strong affinity with People and Management Development.

Experience

- '7 years' experience in a HR (line or expert) position or as a project leader; - Project planning, coordination as well as execution in a complex organizational environment; - Preferably, you complement your project management skills with coaching experience; - Experience within this organization is a plus.

Personal skills

- Strong analytical thinking combined with a hands-on mentality; - Listening, observing and translating observations into actions for change; - People skills - building relationships, communicating effectively, networking, coaching and providing succinct feedback; - Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Context of the position

You will be part of the OPS-CS (project) team, working together with HR Line, HR PD and Business on realizing the People plans for OPS.
