Quantity Surveyor / Water and Waste

EUR55,000 - EUR60,000 + Pension + Progression + Site Allowance + Good working hours + 33 days' holiday (+ Christmas day and Good Friday)

You will need to be based within a commutable distance of Cork

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to play a key part in the success of an expanding and industry leading company that offers ongoing career development to Senior levels?

This company specialise in water construction and environmental engineering. The wide range of projects that they undertake means that you will be constantly managing a number of exciting and innovative projects nationwide.

This will suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to join a company with a great reputation and a chance to progress into a more senior role.

The Role:

-Being able to deal with Pre-contract cost control and advise to Design Teams & Clients

-Pre-contract document preparation

-All post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting,

Client meetings, final account reconciliations on a diverse range of projects

The Person:

-Proven Quantity Surveyor experience

-Ideally worked within water/wastewater industry

-Looking to join an industry leading organisation where you can progress further

Quantity Surveyor, Engineer, QS, Project Manager, Senior QS, Senior Surveyor, Drainage, Water, Wastewater, Carrigaline, Ringaskiddy, Monkstown and Passage West, Cork
