Campaign Data Analyst

£25,000 to £35,000 per annum

The role:

As a Campaign Data Analyst you will be responsible for marketing campaigns as well as Data Selection using different systems within the company. You will be working within a team working on the same or similar projects as you, migrating campaigns from one system on SQL server, with future plans to migrate on a new CRM system.

Key activities:

* Investigation into customer queries

* Ability to extract data from customer database using SQL

* Ad-hoc counts

* Responsible for day to day preparation of Direct Mail, emails, SMS and outbound telemarketing campaigns

* Managing daily/ weekly customer and prospect logs

* Monitoring the integrity of the data throughout the product process

* Writing own queries

Required Skills:

* Experience with Data Selection

* Experienced user of SQL and Excel

* Experience in manipulating large data volume sets

* Educated to a degree level in a numerate subject

* Experience in writing own queries or have an understanding of SQL data extraction and manipulation

* An understanding of marketing automation, databases and campaign development
