Senior Calibration Engineer - Automotive

£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Solihull commutable from Birmingham and Coventry

Are you a Calibration Engineer looking to work for a world class automotive technology company where you will be seen as an expert in your field?

On offer in this excellent position is the chance to play a pivotal role in this industry leading companies manufacturing process whilst working towards senior positions with high responsibility.

The Company itself are global leaders in the Automotive industry and have an impeccable reputation, due to continued success they are looking to add a Senior Calibration Engineer to their ranks.

This is a position would suit a Calibration Engineer looking to play a pivotal role in the success of a global leader whilst progressing up through the ranks.

The Role:

*Execute all calibration activities including adapting, modifying and optimization of systems and components of the transmission

*Meeting the customer daily, discuss and resolve all shift quality related items

*Working with our product in a car to fulfil customer requirements

*Be ready to implement fuel-saving strategies including hybrid transmissions

The Person:

*Experience in calibration working to Automotive or Aerospace test standards

*Experience in Automotive Software

*Analytical approach, good problem-solving skills and good communication skills
