This innovative mobile technology company in Oxford is in an exciting stage of growth, and they are looking to scale up significantly over the next 2 years.

They are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to ensure delivery to time, budget and quality of a wide range of commercial and highly technical projects.

These projects include the development and delivery of commercial software to their growing customer base, as well as externally funded research-oriented collaborative projects with partners including Oxford University.

You will provide leadership in planning projects and ensuring effective coordination, stakeholder

management, risk management and execution focus across the business.

Key skills/experience required:

-Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

-Great team player with excellent communication skills and work ethic

-Experience in project management of grant-funded collaborative projects

-Experience of project management of agile software development (Scrum and Kanban preferred)

-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

-Proven ability to deliver commercial software to deadlines

-Excellent proficiency in English, written and spoken

Ideally you will have a background of managing complex R&D based software development projects within SME companies, that involve a combination of mobile, web, cloud and data science technology.
