Role: Java developer x 2

Rate: up to £380 per day Contract length: 6 months

Location: Stockton on Tees

Role overview Our client are looking for 2 Java Developers to do some work for the Transportation Systems Software Engineering team. As a contract Java developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software for a wide range of customers. You will form a critical part of the Software Engineering team to input into proposals for customers and stakeholders and engineer the software to meet the requirements which are likely to impact on the transit of millions of travelers across the customers transport network.

* Liquibase

* Gradle

* Spring

* Angular JS

* Apache NiFi

* Apache Camel

* Apache Kafka

* Apache Storm

* JUnits

* Oracle and/or PostgreSQL Databases

* Git

* Jira

* Jenkins

Desirable experience for this role

* Experience with AP Dynamics

* Experience with concourse or Jenkins

* Experience with messaging (Active MQ, Rabbit MQ)
