Junior Software Analyst

A Lincolnshire based client of mine is looking for three software analysts to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a computer science or other technical graduate who is looking for the first step in a unique and challenging environment offering continuous progression and development.You will work with senior analysts to manage bespoke software for projects across the UK for their clients. Your tasks will range from client visits, a variety of analytics and project management. You will join their team and be put through a bespoke training programme to ensure you know everything you need to know and can operate effectively upon completion of the programme.During the training programme, you will be responsible for:

Working closely and aiding both senior analysts and software developers'€¢

Attend client visits to consult on them the software'€¢

Work closely with databases'€¢

Put together and support client support sessions'€¢

Continually test software to ensure quality assurance

 Upon successful completion of the training programme you will gain the following additional responsibilities:

Create and deliver bespoke technical solutions'€¢

Use your managements skills and others learned to work with high profile clients and manage their projects'€¢Have an active input into the continuous development of the product

 This is a unique role and requires someone who is adaptable, can work under pressure and is an excellent communicator at all levels. The ideal candidate will be the following:

Computer Science graduate or similar'€¢

Analytical mindset and keen problem solver'€¢

Highly organised and good time management skills'€¢

A good eye for detail'€¢
